Appointment Cancellations

You may cancel an appointment up to 24 hours before the scheduled time for a full refund. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment may not be eligible for a refund.

Product Orders

Refund eligibility for test kits and product orders depends on order status and whether the product has been shipped or used. Contact our support team for order-specific refund requests.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Please contact us with your appointment ID or order number and reason for the refund request. Our team will review and respond within 2 business days.
