The Company reserves the right to contact Users through notifications, reminders, order updates, feedback requests, or any other communications deemed beneficial for the User's experience with the Services.
2. Use of Services
2.1 Authorized Use:
The Services are intended for personal, non-commercial use only. The User agrees not to resell, sublicense, or otherwise misuse the Services.
2.2 User Obligations:
The User warrants that all information provided to the Company is accurate, complete, and up-to-date. The Company shall not be held liable for any issues arising from inaccurate or incomplete information provided by the User.
2.3 Prohibited Activities:
The User shall not engage in activities including, but not limited to:
Copying, modifying, or distributing the Company's intellectual property without authorization.
Attempting unauthorized access to the Company's systems or data.
Using the Services for illegal, harmful, or unauthorized purposes.
3. Intellectual Property
3.1 Ownership:

4.3 Results obtained through the use of our medical devices or consulting services are for informational purposes only. They do not constitute a medical diagnosis or treatment plan. Users must consult a licensed medical professional for further interpretation and advice.
5. Payments and Pricing
5.1 Pricing:
All prices displayed on the website are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
5.2 Payment Terms:
Payments must be made through authorized payment gateways. By completing a transaction, the User agrees to the terms and conditions of the respective payment provider.
5.3 Order Processing:
Orders will be processed upon successful payment. The Company is not responsible for delays or issues caused by incorrect payment information provided by the User.
6. Refund and Cancellation Policy
6.1 Refund Policy for Medical test devices:
All sales of medical devices, including fertility test kits, are final. No refunds will be issued under any circumstances, including but not limited to:
Change of mind after purchase.
Dissatisfaction with product results.
Delays caused by the User's incorrect information or actions.
In the event of a defective or damaged product, the User must notify the Company within three (3) days of receipt. The Company reserves the right to replace the product or issue store credit at its sole discretion.
6.2 Refund and Cancellation Policy for Consulting Services:
All appointments booked through the Platform are final and non-refundable. Users are solely responsible for attending their scheduled session at the designated date and time. No cancellations, refunds, credits, or rescheduling requests shall be permitted once an appointment has been booked. If a User fails to attend a scheduled session, arrives late, loses connectivity, or otherwise misses the appointment for any reason, the session shall be deemed utilized and no refund, credit, or replacement session shall be provided. The Company reserves the right to reschedule or cancel an appointment due to unforeseen circumstances, technical issues, or the unavailability of the consulting professional. In such cases, the User shall be offered an alternative appointment slot or a refund, at the Company's discretion.
7. Limitation of Liability
7.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Services.
7.2 The Company's total liability, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, shall not exceed the amount paid by the User for the specific product or service.
8. Privacy and Data Protection
8.1 The Company may collect, process, store, and use personal information, including sensitive health-related information provided by the User, in accordance with applicable laws and the Company’s Privacy Policy.
8.2 By accessing or using the Services, the User consents to the collection, storage, and processing of such information for purposes including order fulfillment, customer support, service improvement, analytics, regulatory compliance, and communication related to the Services.
8.3 The Company implements reasonable security practices and procedures to protect User information. However, the User acknowledges that no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure, and the Company cannot guarantee absolute security.
8.4 The User is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any account credentials and for all activities conducted under their account.
9. Medical Emergency Disclaimer
9.1 The Services are not intended for medical emergencies or urgent healthcare situations. If the User believes they are experiencing a medical emergency, they should immediately contact a qualified healthcare professional or emergency medical services.
9.2 The Company does not provide emergency medical assistance through the Services.
10. Shipping and Delivery
10.1 Estimated delivery timelines displayed on the website are provided for convenience only and are not guaranteed.
10.2 The Company shall not be held liable for delays caused by courier partners, incorrect shipping information provided by the User, natural events, governmental actions, supply chain disruptions, or circumstances beyond the Company’s reasonable control.
10.3 Risk of loss and title for purchased products shall pass to the User upon successful delivery of the product to the provided delivery address.
11. Suspension and Termination
11.1 The Company reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to suspend, restrict, or terminate the User’s access to the Services without prior notice if the User violates this Agreement, engages in fraudulent activity, misuses the Services, or engages in conduct that may harm the Company or other Users.

12. Test Result Limitations
Results obtained from at-home fertility test kits may be affected by factors including but not limited to improper usage, incorrect sample handling, timing of testing, environmental conditions, medications, biological variability, or failure to follow product instructions.
13. Third-Party Services
13.1 The Services may include or rely upon third-party service providers, including but not limited to payment gateways, logistics providers, communication platforms, laboratories, and technology partners.
13.2 The Company shall not be responsible for any interruptions, errors, delays, security issues, or damages caused by such third-party services.
13.3 Use of third-party services may also be subject to the respective third party’s terms and conditions and privacy policies.
14. Force Majeure
The Company shall not be liable for any failure, interruption, or delay in performing its obligations under this Agreement due to causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, governmental actions, labor disputes, internet failures, power outages, transportation disruptions, or supply shortages.
14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
14.1 This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
14.2 Any disputes arising from or related to this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in [Gurugram, India].
